My technician Carson was so prompt and helpful. I think the company in general was really responsive which I appreciated but he went above and beyond. He worked through my broke sink issue and was informative along the way. He was extremely polite and efficient. I would absolutely ask for him again!

Thomas and his associate showed up on time, immediately put on shoe covers to protect my carpet and were professional courteous and helpful!! Plus, because my system basically was able to start up and didn't need a repair they gave me a deal on the service call and didn't charge me a full diagnostic due to my system being in working order. Who does that nowadays? HONEST Contractors-- that's Who! I'm having them come back because he also immediately saw that the pipe venting the top of my gas water heater was done incorrectly by whoever installed it And immediately gave me a quote that I could look at and approve. this company is not only concerned with fixing what's broken, but they are concerned with your safety and with correct installation that meets all applicable State Building codes.
