Update: Had a small plumbing problem today, and Joe did a fantastic job. He quickly found the source of a tricky leak and fixed it efficiently. Original review: I am extremely pleased with the quality of work, professionalism, and communication from the plumbing team that handled our bathroom remodel in Buffalo. We got quotes from a few other plumbers in the area, but they seemed rushed and didn't really listen to what we wanted. When we called this company, Manuel came out to take measurements and really took the time to hear our concerns, ask good questions, and give helpful suggestions. Right from the start, I felt confident we had picked the right plumber—and I was right. During the renovation, there were a couple of surprises (issues uncovered during demolition), but the team was fantastic about adjusting their schedule and making sure our only full bathroom was finished as quickly as possible. They understood how important it was for us to have it back in working order, especially with Buffalo’s cold weather, and they really went the extra mile to help us out. Emmanuel in the office was a great communicator, always keeping us informed. Every crew member who came out was friendly, knowledgeable, and focused on excellent customer service. We have in-floor radiant heat and a pocket door that I was worried might be damaged, but the crews were very careful and respected our concerns. We decided to buy our own tile instead of using what the company offered, which wasn’t a problem at all. We are thrilled with how the bathroom turned out. Russell was fantastic. He arrived right on schedule, took the time to explain everything in simple terms, and even let me listen to where the plumbing issue was. After finding the problem, he made sure to check the rest of the house for any other potential trouble spots. Russell clearly explained what needed to be fixed and even offered to mark the pipes in case I wanted to get another plumber's opinion or quote for the repair. Update: Today, Arthur and Taylor replaced the oil line, and the job was finished quickly and professionally. The work area was left spotless. Excellent job! Since then, after the water heater was installed, Joe's crew put in a new heating and central AC unit. Their service was outstanding. Arthur and Taylor really showed the quality of the team. When our water heater stopped working in Buffalo, I made one phone call and, the next day, Joe and Taylor arrived to install a new one. They were friendly, efficient, on time, and did a fantastic job. It was a pleasure working with them. We highly recommend their plumbing services!

our plumber, joe, is highly skilled and quickly found the source of the pipe leak in our home. he went above and beyond to make sure the leak was fully repaired. he also fixed a sink installation that had been done badly by someone else before. i would highly recommend their dependable and reasonably priced plumbing services. their customer service team is also great. under new management, they continue to provide excellent service.
