Absolutely the best service I have experienced in a number of years. Friendly staff, very efficient scheduling of work, moved appointment up a day due to another job being completed early. Very fair and upfront pricing information. Matt was professional, courteous and very respectful of the property. Will definitely have them on my contact list for any future plumbing issues.

I paid $300 to test for leaks because we were smelling gas. They came out and inspected our systems and said it was fine, just the pilot light out, go ahead and start using the appliances. 10 minutes after the tech left my kitchen exploded from a massive underground gas leak. my stove burned to a crisp and nobody is even getting back to me we are lucky to be alive and that I was here to put the fire out.

This company is great! They were responsive to answering my first call, explaining the gas leak detection process using helium on the phone and quickly scheduling an inspection. The tech (Ed) even called and provided a 15 minute ETA on the way to my house even though it was within the 3-hour appointment window. I appreciated the heads up esp during Covid. Ed took safety precautions with a mask and explained how he would proceed in looking for the gas leak inside and outside my house. He found three leaks and each time he found a leak he stopped the inspection to show and explain the location and type of leak. I was hesitant to use this company and almost went with a general plumber instead using standard equipment, but now know it was worth the cost and peace of mind to use an independent leak detection company with cutting edge equipment that found even small leaks. If I have any future water or gas leaks my first call will be to this company and asking for Ed as the technician to diagnose the problem.

We recently experienced a flooded gallery room when we had a leak in our radiant floor system. Fortunately we called American Leak Detection and they sent out David Blackmon and his assistant Travis. It took a while and several attempts to find the leak, but both David and Travis were efficient, polite and extremely professional. They also helped us mop up the water which had flooded our floor. I am totally satisfied with all that they did for us, including recommending plumbing and sewer support references. I would use them again in a New York minute, but hope that I won't have another leak. I recommend this company and these two technicians without reservation.

I had to have a full replacement of my plumbing system due to a faulty pipe. I got multiple quotes and found American Leak detection to be prompt and efficient. Ed was great as well as the gentleman that headed the actual job. It was a big job and these guys did a great! Way to make a bad experience good!
