The customer service was nice, but I got a second opinion and many of the things that I was told were needed were not actually needed. I was told both the float switches were broken, they both work. I was told I needed insulation on the trap. The angle that it is installed at doesn't need it. It would be more of a "belt and suspenders" situation. I saved $500+ not going ahead with their estimates for repairs. Do yourself a favor and use someone else. They were right about one thing. My AC unit did need some more refrigerant, so I'll give them that. Went ahead and fixed that up, but the other company I had inspecting things caught that easily.

Rigby texted to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he introduced himself and said I’m here to take a look your AC and get it running again. Great calm and cool confidence! Of course those words were music to my ears. Before stepping inside the door he stopped and put on shoe covers. Needless to say in less than two minutes, he had already impressed me. Now, of course, my three year-old Yorkie took a little bit more convincing. Rigby went to work and discovered that I needed a new fan. He didn’t have it on the truck. He went to go get it and came back right away and installed it with ease. You know now I am as happy as a lark and I’ll be as cool as a cucumber this summer. The service was amazing and no pressure sales. You can tell this company really appreciates their workers and that trickles down to customer service. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a honest company that takes pride in their work.
