Very pleased with our service today with Andrew. He was friendly, courteous, and respectful of our home. Andrew explained what he did and any recommendations for improving our air output and unit longevity. We have been using Air Temp solutions for a few years now and we will continue to for our yearly check ups and any issues we have.

Marcus and Harry tackled a new install of solar panels to heat pool water using the pump system. They work together as a well oiled machine. You can see the embrace a new challenge.

We called AirTemp for a 2nd opinion on our furnace. Boy are we glad we did! The tech they sent - Jesse - actually showed us more things wrong with the old system than the original tech did, plus better photos and an explanation of what everything was and/or should be. He made some great recommendations and connected us with a sales person - Jon - who was great to deal with. We decided on an excellent system while interacting with both men. The financing was easy and we ended up with a great price that was truly affordable. 4 days later, the new system is installed and working. Tim and Humberto did an excellent job and also explained everything they were doing. Having to operate in that low and creepy crawlspace gains my total respect! They had to dig and even excavate in order to get the old system out and the new one in. Now the yard is straightened up again, the trash is gone, and the house is worth more! It was our pleasure to give snacks and drinks and treats to these hard workers. And we will be reaching out to have someone else come out this summer to maintain our tankless water heater, as well! Thank you Air Temp for relieving my $$ anxiety, for making us safe again, and ensuring that my cat has a warm grate to sleep on in the winter!🥰😁

Andrew and Marvin were absolutely terrific. The house needed a serious duct cleaning, and I mean SERIOUS. They got right to work, took care of everything including cleaning the blower, showed me how to change the filter and which type of replacement filter to buy. They were polite and gracious, which was a most pleasant change from the usual kinda grumpy service technician. The annual maintenance membership is much less than what I was paying in Arizona, and the service was far superior. All in all, a very satisfying experience. Highly recommended.
