I purchased an old house with preexisting plumbing issues. AG Heating, Cooling & Plumbing has been friendly, helpful, and accommodating in addressing these and getting new plumbing and appliances installed. They've already done maintenance on the boilers, replaced the water heater, run the water line to a new fridge, and replaced a toilet. I'm also having them run a new gas line to the dryer, hook up the new washer, and hook up the new dishwasher. As an example of good service: I had them come inspect a perpetually flushing toilet when I wasn't around to do it. I paid their service fee, and was told I could subtract that from the cost of a new toilet installation when I was ready to have that done… and they were happy to apply that when I did replace it. They are also giving me a discount on electrical work necessary to get the dishwasher set up. I didn't even ask! So far, my experience is that AG is a company that will show up when they say, work with me to find solutions, and keep their word.

I contacted AG plumbing this morning for an emergency. The owner was extremely pleasant to speak with, answered all my questions with knowledge, was very reassuring and made sure he got employees out for fix my problem immediately. It is hard to find companies who work as efficiently and promptly as this company. Thank you for your support and the work done today, would highly recommend to others, as I would use this service again for the superb customer service and quality of work.

I stepped into a Goldmine with this place. Every possible stress I had with a plumbing job on a new home for major repairs installing a hot water tank and toilet was handled perfectly. The plumber I got named Aaron was the most ethical person who could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge but instead he educated me and guided. I can't recommend him enough. In one phone call the stress of my time schedule price restrictions and concerns about quality were completely handled above and beyond with this guy. God hears the conversations we don't hear and sees the things we don't see and I tell you the truth that this was the answer to prayer for my dilemma.

This Place is Fraud, Stay Away. I have given them a HVAC replacement Contract and quoted me $7500 with 50% deposit ($4000). Later on, They could not get the product and quoted me $12500 if i want get the job done. Obviously it was too much and I canceled the workorder. Since they promise to do a job and couldn't get the job done, i asked for my deposit back. They did NOT and will not return the money. Because their policy is, deposits are not refundable. This is absolutely fraud. Work order was cancelled because they could not provide service with original quoted price. They took the money and told me they will refund it. However they sent us in a goose chase. This is absolutely fraudulent and dishonest. DO NOT USE them, if you do use them, pay them after work is complete. No deposits before hand. Absolute dishonest people. NON-Refundable was not communicated. It was told to me after payment was made via check. Third party crane reservation was not not needed because nothing was removed not new equipment was purchased. what was communicated was equipment HVAC was unable provide due the model was not available and and new model type was available which is more costly . therefore it was cancelled. no equipment was removed. only thing was done disconnect electric line. no crane was on premise. for disconnectine electric line is not $4000 fee.
