I needed the H/C shut off valves replaced on bthrm faucets, and toilets in a 3 bathroom home. I sent a text service request included a photo. Jerry reached out to me and confirmed the scope of work. Kory And Michael performed the labor and provided parts. i've used Advanced Plumbing several times over the years. My next-door neighbor has also. I appreciate their great communication from the office and the intelligent working team that has taken care of my plumbing issues in the past and this time. We had a major sewer line issue that affected our toilet and bubbled up into our bathtub. I called our insurance and the plumber they usually send wasn't available until the following day. Luckily they had Advanced Quality Plumbing on their list and they were able to come out within an hour. Kory arrived on time and immediately got to work. He was able to diagnose the extent of the problem and suspected that it was more than a clogged toilet. He dug up a small portion of our flower bed where the sewer pipe came out from the house and discovered it deteriorated over the years. He also ran a camera through the line that connected to city line. The photos revealed that tree roots had infiltrated the line and needed to be replaced. Kory worked directly with our insurance carrier and was able to get them to approve the work. He also worked with the city of San Jose to secure permits. There's a lot more to this story but I'll just end it here. The moral is that Kory is as friendly and dependable as he is knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend Kory and his team at Advanced Quality Plumbing.

Called around, really looking for the quickest plumber to help in connecting our water regulator as we had issues trying to connect to the older coupling, Kory came out within an hour and finished the job within 30 minutes. He was professional and stayed to make sure there was no leaks. Great service and he helped us out big time as it was one of my sons birthday, and I had to get to his birthday dinner soon after the fix. Kory is the owner and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants there plumbing done right.

We suffered from diminishing water pressure. The first plumber said we need to replace all of our pipes for thousands of dollars. We went for a second opinion from Advanced Plumbing, Kori checked everything out and replaced a valve which saved us thousands. These are good people.
