Sherri was amazing, knowledgeable, persistent in assessing our questions and needs. She went above and beyond our expectations and we would never recommend another plumbing company! She is definitely an asset to this company. She truly took her time to evaluate the situation.

Amazing experience with these guys. Punctual, professional, knowledgeable -- everything you would want. Leo diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes & explained what the problem was. To be honest I did research what he explained and he was on point. We set up an appointment for the replacement water heater and the day of Leo did reach out to inform us he could be there earlier. Him along with another coworker showed up as on time and properly fixed it at a very fair price. I appreciate the patience he expressed while dealing with the elderly. I will definitely use again and recommend to my neighbors/friends.

I am a single mother. My water softener 'exploded' causing black carbon filled water throughout the house. I was extremely stressed out about the whole situation and felt very overwhelmed. Not only did they come out on a weekend evening, they were professional and extremely friendly. Don't hesitate in calling them if you need any plumbing needs.

Ok.... I honestly have never been serviced by this company,... HOWEVER.... my bf works for the company and he has said NOTHING BUT positive things about the people that he works for. The owner, Kent, is not only a kind and considerate man, but he runs a VERY high quality HONEST business. My bf works service calls doing repairs and installs here in the greater Orlando area. He is coming up on a year of service with Action this week and had previously worked with them some years ago. He is very meticulous and professional in his work and that is certainly reflected in the highly experienced craftsmanship of everything that he touches! Now if I can just get him to unclog the kitchen sink here at home. ....giggles..... In all seriousness though I highly recommend Action Plumbing for all ur plumbing needs, NOT just because the man of my life works there, but, because everyday I get pictures throughout the day of the projects that he has encountered and I have witnessed the incredible level of professionalism and pride that he puts into his work! Action Plumbing recently helped us out when the burner on our hot water heater went out. They were out the same day, diagnosed the problem and diligently worked to overnight the needed part for repair. Leo was extremely helpful to me and my wife and the office staff was extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Action Plumbing.
