Corey and Katie were a pleasure to work with. Corey is very conscientious about his work and wants to do a good job and right by you. He’ll go that extra mile to make you happy. Our hot water heater went out, I called them early on Sunday morning not expecting them to answer the phone and Katie did. She answered all our questions, shared the price including labor and scheduled Corey the next day. Everything went like clockwork and Corey even creatively reconfigured some copper piping in a small space. While he was here, he fixed something another plumber had done a couple of years ago. An early morning text was quickly returned with a phone call to discuss the issue with my water heater. Communication was great, from scheduling the appointment, to confirming appointment, and even letting me know when enroute. I appreciated receiving a quote for installation of a new water heater when the appointment was scheduled. Cory was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
