AAA Sewer & Drain Service

We had AAA sewer service come help us due to a clog that we were told by another company was a “broken pipe & root issues” and “unsure”… HOWEVER… AAA sent a worker JR who was amazing! Told me everything up front and honest & didn’t just give up when the first go. He fixed the issue within an hour! Highly recommend & highly recommend Jr.

I cannot say enough good things about them! This is the second time I used them. The first time was not only on a weekend but later in the evening because my basement drain backed up. This time it was a bathtub clog. Both times they came super fast, and the prices were so reasonable. All the staff I have dealt with has been very professional and kinda. AAA Sewer Service did a GREAT job taking care of my sewer - rain water - problem. They came out very quickly, took time understanding the cause of my problem, and fixed it VERY quickly! They made sure everything was cleaned up before they left too. I've been using AAA Sewer Service for like 40 years. Their service has always been 5 stars !

Great Service at a reasonable price. The specialist was very friendly and courteous. Very quickly my drain was unclogged and everything was working properly. What a relief. I definitely would highly recommend AAA Sewer & Drain Service to anyone who is in need of their services!!!

I was having an issue where my basement flooded after a large rainfall. I thought that it was because my sump pump didn’t kick on. I called these guys and explained that I thought that either the float on my sump malfunctioned or the sump wasn’t working. They sent a tech fast (positive) and the tech diagnosed that the sump wasn’t working and needed replaced. I asked how long it would take to replace and was told that they do not replace sumps and that I’d have to call someone else and charged me for the service call (they charged me only half the fee, another positive). But my frustration is, why did you take the service call for a sump pump malfunction if you do not do anything with sump pumps? You wasted everyone’s time and I had to pay for what accounted for basically nothing. If you need drain work that doesn’t revolve around sump pumps, they might be good, but my experience was not great.
