They came to check out our problem within an hour! I imagine this is not always possible, but we appreciated it. Wii definitely use them again. And Laurie (hope I got her name right) is amazing at understanding the plumbing problem and keeping us informed on scheduling and arrivals.

Absolutely amazing! Our tankless water heater stopped working, they immediately came out, found the issue and called around to find replacement parts. They found and installed parts and fixed the issue within 48 hours! Very professional, and I felt very safe (Covid reasons) with the guys wearing their masks 24/7! Reggie took the time to explain what the problem was and why it happened, and was very patient when answering questions! Very reasonable price, unlike TLC who quoted an outrageously high amount of money to fix the problem. A Quality is the only company my family will use!!

Laurie (the receptionist and wife of owner) wouldn’t even consider having someone come over for estimate unless I paid $125.00 up front. I kept explaining the situation and even offered to send pictures and she wouldn’t even consider it. I think it’s terrible service and terrible first impression for possible customers
