John and his apprentice, Issac, arrived on time and went straight to work after greeting me pleasantly. First they found out why my old kitchen faucet was leaking in 4 places and offered to fix it. Since I already had a new faucet ready and out of the box that I ordered online, they installed it at my request. Thank goodness they were thorough and after the install, they tested it and the valves under the sink fell apart and water sprayed everywhere because the new faucet is DEFECTIVE! I am so glad they were here when this happened!! We looked online at several faucet options and since they could fix my old faucet, I had them put it back together and it works better than new and is dry with no leaking under the sink! Then I asked John to look at my master bath toilet. It rocks when you get up and has wobbled for some time. John pulled off the old caulk, found big gaps that he installed shims into then recaulked. No more uncertainties when trying to get up and leave. Now my throne is as solid as a rock! So glad I chose A+ Plumbing and Gas and will definitely call them again when life happens. Lolli Shotts

John at A+ Plumbing and Gas did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable and professional while developing a plan to find my interior water main and install a shutoff and pressure regulator. The house is so old there was never a shutoff valve, so John was able to find the line, install a shutoff, install the regulator, and he detected (and also replaced) a leaking rusted galvanized pipe. He even installed a little access panel for easy access. The speed, quality of work, professionalism, and price point for the install and repair blew me away. A+ plumbing is going to be my go-to from here on out!

I sent a message around 8am about my pressure regulator, they called me less than half an hour later and had a guy out to my house in another 30 minutes. Fixed up my regulator and answered some other minor plumbing questions I had about a sink and a bathtub. He made sure I was satisfied with the water pressure before he left. Nice guy. Done in two hours so it was a nice quick fix. Highly recommend their service.

I needed a garbage disposal installed and a new selenoid for my Delta Touch faucet. I emailed on a Tuesday at 5:20 PM, got a reply a few hours later and Peter (who was amazing) showed up at 9 AM sharp. Great job and very pleased!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
