This is an updated review. On 5/4/25 I received a very competitive estimate from A. Fagundes (Bobby). My two Mini Splits were installed in one day on 5/28/25. This estimate was far better than the other two I received. This install could not have happened without Bobby, the project manager. He made me feel like I was his only customer. He was professional, responsive and very helpful. Ryan the lead installer worked in my attic to install piping. This was a dirty job b/c I recently had 12 inches of insulation installed. He moved like he was in a track meet and was very communicative. Noah performed detailed tasks and was awesome. Olivia submitted my warranty with Mitsubishi and rebate paperwork to MassSave within two days of the install and she was very helpful with submitting my heat loan paperwork. The electricians were pleasant. I would 100% recommend A. Fagundes.

Steven and Bauer installed a new water heater in my home. I have never seen such a professional job. I am adding photos of what they did. Steven is an artist in plumbing and Bauer ran the ventilation. What a great Company and two Technicians are the best I have ever seen. Thank you Ken M.

The water from my kitchen sink was coming out of my dishwasher door every time I tried to wash dishes. I had one good experience with Fagundes before this so I decided to call them again. I am so glad I did. Everything from scheduling to service was quick, easy, and transparent. My serviceman Dylan was professional, polite, and knowledgeable! He was thorough with his work and made sure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend Fagundes.

We had issue with Ac not blowing cool air.Miles has arrived on time he is very professional. He stated trouble shooting the issue step by step and spot on for the root cause of the issue and fixed it with ease. Monitoring for some time to make sure it’s working properly. The best of his work is his communication explaining me each and every step and why he is doing it. At very young age he showed a lot of maturity. He will definitely will have a bright future and reach new heights in his career. Wishing Miles all the best.
