I recently hired 317 Plumber for a sewer scope as part of a home inspection, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jim and Mike were knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to walk me through the entire process. They ensured I had a clear understanding of what the video revealed and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They provided a business card, followed up promptly by email with the video of the scope and estimates for next steps, and were completely transparent and fair in their pricing. Their professionalism and attention to detail made a real difference. I truly value working with dependable companies like 317 Plumber and will definitely use their services again in the future. Highly recommended!!

Trey was professional, quick, and friendly. He also had dog treats so my dog would give him 6 stars if he could. Not to mention, he carried a 75 gallon water heater down and up the stairs by himself, so that’s impressive. He didn’t try to talk me into anything unnecessary. I’m really glad I found this service company awhile back and have continued to use them and have been very satisfied. The scheduling process is great too!

Wow!!! Best customer service EVER!!! I called on a Saturday with water flooding the side of my home and problems with my sewage pump. They were willing to come out right away. However, I was unable to be at the house so they agreed to come on a Sunday! They called me first thing in the morning let me know they were on their way. Looked at both issues, assessed the issues, walked me through what was going on, and provided with upfront pricing. I agreed to have the work done. They had the sewage pump and tools on their truck and were able to get everything done very fast. They treated my home as if it were their own. They treated me with great respect and went the extra mile by explaining to me where I could find my emergency water shut off valve as well as how to use the water softening system that was pre-installed in this house. I highly recommend 317 Plumber. 4/22/25 I just had Jason out from 317. He is a fantastic plumber. This is my second service from this company. This time I had them install a new toilet for my bathroom. Jason was knowledgeable, very clean and respectful of our home, on time, and did an overall fantastic job with the install. 317’s Pricing was very competitive and it was easy to get the service scheduled when I needed it!

Jason saved the day replacing our broken water heater and two water valves that had worn out, all in one afternoon! Very pleasant and friendly, happy to explain details until you're satisfied 😀 if I could give 10 stars, I certainly would!

As part of a major bathroom remodel, the toilet ordered through the contractor could not be installed without moving the drain. In addition there was a crack which needed repair and was not part of the contractor bid. Another company quoted the contractor an outrageous price. We had used 327 Plumber for a water heater and sump pump installation so I wanted to be sure there were no problems with leaks in the future with a company I used previously. Traylon made the repair to the crack and ordered a replacement toilet. The first was discontinued. The second was not the correct color. The third was a winner. Throughout this 2 month process, Traylon was always helpful and worked with his suppliers to get what I needed. I am pleased to have this company to rely on for my plumbing needs.
