The shower head in my bathroom started to leak and I could not get it shut off. We tried to replace the cartridge ourselves, but due to a previous botched installation years ago were unable to remove it. We were referred to Eric and I could not be more thrilled with how things turned out! He returned my call right away, was very professional and fit me in the same day since he was going to be close to my area of town. His card is at the top of my "awesome service" pile for several reasons. First of all, he removed his shoes before coming in (without me having to ask) which is important to me because we just moved in and have new carpet, he was super personable and easy to talk to, he quickly identified the problem and obviously knew what he was doing, and he spent the extra time to be creative in getting out the cartridge so he did not have to cut a hole in wall of my shower. This saved me a lot of money and I know from experience that most people would have just quickly cut a hole and charged me for it. He also gave me some tips because he noticed there is a small hole in the bottom of my shower surround so he explained to me how I could repair it myself. I really appreciated that he took the time to go above and beyond. I also felt that the amount I paid was extremely reasonable and I liked that he was able to take credit cards instead of just cash or checks. That made it really easy and convenient for me. I highly recommend White Oak Plumbing and he will be my first call next time I need plumbing work! Thanks again Eric!

Both my mom and I had hot water tank issues. I was referred by Brian Combs my realtor. We contacted Eric and he was quick to respond. He came out fixed and repaired my mom's hot water tank. Then I had him come check out my hot water tank making horrible noises. He let me know your tank should be drained yearly. I had no idea. So I was going to schedule an appointment, well while he was here he was able to service my tank on the spot. I would highly recommend Eric very respectful and made sure I understand what he was doing. Price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend. :)

Eric, the owner, is friendly, informative, and professional. He worked doggedly in our yard to get our natural gas plumbed. We have large boulders in our ground, and he got the pipes laid. He was reasonably priced, and I would 100% use him again.
