Warner Service

In a time when it feels like customer service is lacking it is refreshing to be able to turn to Warner Service. Our technician, Romy, was polite and cheerful and explained the installation process for the ductwork and ventilation. His work is neat and was completed efficiently. The materials used appear to be top quality. Before leaving Romy reminded us that Warner Service stands by their work and to call if we have any concerns, which we do not. It’s nice to know we can get dependable service at a fair price in our hometown.

D’Andre did an excellent job in servicing my “Tankless” water heater. He was very particular and see to it that the job was done correctly. He was also knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. Before leaving he went over everything that was done to the water heater, explained the invoice and also addressed any questions and or concerns I had. Overall I am extremely satisfied and happy with the level of service I received from Warner and D’Andre. Thank you.

Really impressed with Warner Service. The technician was super polite and professional. Our AC went out on one of the hottest days this year (go figure). He showed me the bad capacitor with the multimeter so I could see the issue myself, which I appreciated. The whole process was straightforward, and the repair was done quickly. Great experience overall, I’d definitely call them again.

We had our AC break in the middle of a hot week. Warner was able to get out same day and took care of our issues. Germain, our service tech, was great to work with and let me know what was happening as he figured out the issues. Would absolutely work with Warner again - highly recommend!

Warner installed a new AC system for us and we couldn’t be more pleased with their work. Romy and Jose arrived on time and proved to be highly knowledgeable, extremely professional and very personable. The installation was uneventful and efficient - we had very cold air in hours, in spite of major efforts required to remove the old system. I also appreciated their cleanliness - you couldn’t tell that anyone had been here when they left! I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
