I had an outstanding experience with Tucker’s AC & Heating from start to finish. Every technician I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. Matt Savard, who did the initial estimate, was especially helpful—he was friendly, clear, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. He also had a strong understanding of the local regulations and made the whole process feel seamless and transparent. Chris Sklencar, who handled the final installation, was equally impressive. He patiently walked me through the entire system, explaining what each part does and how everything fits together. He showed me how to change the filter, explained the thermostat settings, and answered all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. I had a Daikin FIT DH6VSA30 modulating R32 inverter heat pump installed along with a DM80VC two-stage 80% gas furnace and CAPEA evaporator coil. The system is quiet, efficient, and comes with a fantastic warranty. Tucker’s also took care of all the warranty registration, available rebates, and even ensured I qualified for the federal tax credit and local utility incentives. On top of that, they offer excellent financing options that made the entire investment much more manageable. I highly recommend Tucker’s AC & Heating. Service was great! Super knowledgeable technician. Joseph not only explained the issue, but discussed the reasons that the issue was not a bigger problem. He also presented very detailed reasons why we may want to consider replacing our system this year in a way that was genuine and legitimate and did not come across as just trying to sell us something. Our first experience with Tucker’s HVAC was a great experience! Our tech, Will, was thorough in explaining the setup/usage of the various sensors that are part of the initial setup and monitor system health. He took the time to ensure I was satisfied with sensor placement and was patient in explaining how the sensors work and the accompanying app. He thoroughly tested the furnace/air conditioning systems, walked me through the areas that needed maintenance, and captured images/notes on all the above. Overall, we are quite satisfied with our initial service call!
