Aaron from EcoWater Northwest provided excellent, professional service with the installation of a whole home water softener system for us, as well as an under sink reverse osmosis water filtration system. Installation was timely, clean, and looks fantastic. Aaron has been very responsive to any questions, and we are thrilled with the systems!

I was displaced from my home for 90 days, after a supply line on an upper floor burst while I was gone. After going through the hotel, insurance, estimates, contractors, etc....I was finally able to move back into my home after all the renovations were completed. Having a larger, multi-story home...I was not going to risk this happening again. I reached out to United Water & Air in Vancouver, WA. Aaron came out to my home and offered a great solution from Phyn. The new system will automatically shut off the water in my home, should a leak occur. The price was fair, and included everything. Aaron was able to have his crew out the following day. Installation only took a couple of hours. Donny went over everything, helped me set up the app and tested the system. Everything was cleaned up like they were never here. The experience, from email to install was great! The company was very responsive and that was appreciated. Also, I discovered the system does a nightly 'test' of the plumbing. I was alerted to a potential minor leak the next day. I discovered a very slow leak on a basement toilet! For anyone with a multi-story home, this system would be a wise consideration. I highly recommend United Water & Air!

From the estimate to final paperwork, working with them was seamless. Quick responses from office staff. The install team was punctual, courteous, and walked us through everything once completed.

Top notch customer service, they go out of their way to help with any issues that arise. The two gentlemen who installed our RO and water softener were super friendly and informative, I’m glad I went with this company because I know I will be taken care of.

No other plumbing team I trust. Outstanding customer service and great plumbers. We’ve used them for a couple small jobs now and we had our water softener and RO system installed by them through Costco. Highly recommend!
