The technician arrived right on time. He was not only very professional, but took the time to explain what was wrong and how he would fix it. The customer service was great and made ir easier for me to schedule an appointment. 110% recommend! P.S I wish I could remember my technician name to give him a shout out.

I requested service through AHS which typically takes a few days to hear back from whichever company they assign but United called me first thing the next morning and got me booked right away. Wesley was great. Gave me a call ahead notification an hour before showing up which gave me time to get home from work. He took care of the issue right away (pipe leak) and educated me on what had happened. Super nice and knowledgeable guy and represented the company well. Would definitely use this company again in the future. Great work.

Technician Joe was communicative, friendly and professional. He arrived early (after making sure it was okay to come early) and explained everything he was doing. He wore shoe covers to keep my home clean. He was efficient and got the job done quickly. Very pleased with Joe’s work!

I had a great experience! They came out to confirm that our system was running as intended and as able to explain in solid detail what we did need and why. It wasn’t anything emergency level, but something to include in our next maintenance. I appreciated the tech’s candor and how succinctly he explained everything. We will be pursuing their “twice a year” system check program that they have.

Several months ago, our outside AC unit stopped working, and through our home insurance, we reached out to United Air Temp. The technician who came out was incredibly thorough, explaining in detail why the system wouldn’t last. He noted the incompatibility with the inside unit, the age of the AC, and issues with faulty wiring. He was probably one of the best technicians I’ve ever worked with. I also had the chance to meet Will, the manager, who helped solidify our decision to move forward. Since then, Will has been in constant contact, demonstrating exceptional work ethic and skill. Despite being relatively young, he’s one of the hardest-working individuals I’ve encountered. Whenever technicians couldn’t complete a task to the highest standards, Will stepped in to finish the job with precision. While we did experience some communication challenges, which is why I’m giving them 4 out of 5 stars, their professionalism, quality of service, expertise, and respect for us and our home were outstanding. I highly recommend United Air Temp to anyone in need of reliable HVAC services.
