Jon is amazing to work with! He replaced multiple light fixtures and fans in our house as well as added recessed lighting. He was professional, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. When we were having issues with our 20 year old hot water tank, Jon visited us to help diagnose the problem (while there was an issue with the sensor, it ultimately was time to replace the tank!) What I deeply appreciate, is that Jon walked us through each option to understand the benefits and challenges for the potential replacements, and that he provided a temporary solution while we waited for the heat pump water tank so we weren't without hot water in the interim. He is incredibly professional, is truly dedicated to building relationships, and has great attention to detail. Jon is the berries! Over the years, Jon has been the guy to call if I have an electrical issue. When I reach out to him, I know that the job will be done in a timely, professional manner. He recently came out to update a chandelier to something more modern. With the new look also came some additional weight. Jon went out of his way to get a special bracket that went between the ceiling joists to support the weight. He simply could have used what was there, but he went above and beyond to ensure the fixture will be there for years to come. I highly recommend Jon and the Wherehouse.
