Sanford Temperature Control

Repair of wiring from mini-split condenser. Before & after photos included. Any comment on prices isn’t relative , as I’m not sure what these types of jobs should cost. I pay whatever I’m told I owe & assume it is reasonable. I will say Sanford responds promptly and professionally to all questions and concerns. The techs are polite, willingly answer questions, seem confident about what they are required to do and clean up the area where they have worked.

He handled our emergency service request very efficiently and very effectively (same day service was great)! Cameron M., the Service Technician was Excellent. He gave us a half hour heads up notice for his arrival and arrived on time. Upon his arrival, very quickly he identified the issue and the solution. He explained us the issue, the solution, parts and labor, the cost and how long it would take to fix it very clearly and concisely: Excellent Communication with a cordial and professional manner. He also helped us quickly understand the issue and decide to get it fixed. Upon our decision, Cameron had the parts in his vehicle and resolved the issue so quickly. Kyle and his partner did an excellent job installing my mini split. very courteous, polite and professional. they put booties on every time they enterd the house and cleaned up the area completely when finished. We are very very satisfied and would highly recommend them and Sanford moving forward

Matt S. Came out today on a Sunday to replace my hot and cold water shutoffs that were leaking so bad I had to turn the water off for my house. He was very professional and got the job done quickly!

He fixed the leak on my washing machine, Water access hoses and even though it was Saturday, I was blessed to have him come out and do this.
