I recently had a plumber from Travis & Sons Plumbing come out to replace three bathroom faucets and fix the cartridge in the tub/shower handle. Cory was professional, paid close attention to detail, and did excellent work updating everything for us. Later, I needed someone to look at a slow water leak under the kitchen sink. I called and they got me an appointment for the very next day. Roman arrived right on time, was very friendly, and found the source of the leak quickly. He replaced a shut-off valve under the sink, even though it was in a tight spot, and double-checked all the other valves and fittings to make sure everything was working right. I’ve used this company for plumbing issues before and every experience has been great. They are always professional and dependable. I’ll definitely call again next time I need plumbing help.

He made sure to protect my floors with carpet and shoe covers, and cleaned up everything before leaving. The price was fair, and I could tell they use quality parts and make sure everything is up to code. Roman, with help from Cory, installed a large water heater in a closet that also had an air handler. Other plumbers didn’t want to take on the job because of the tight spot, or they tried to talk me into a smaller water heater. But Roman handled it without any problems and got the big water heater set up just like I wanted. The installation looks great and works perfectly. Scheduling was a breeze, and the inspection was approved right away. I’m really happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Travis & Sons Plumbing to anyone in Carson City needing plumbing work.
