Hoffman Plumbing was great! The technician that was sent to my house was named Steve and I could not be more impressed with his work! He really took care of me and the plumbing issues I had in my new-to-me home. I had non-working sinks and very bad water flow coming out of my master bath.. Steve had my sinks working so quick! He also had to replace my whole shower valve, which took another day and appointment but he got it done! He even stayed until almost 8:30pm to make sure I would have my tub! Such a hard worker! Thank you Hoffman!

Obviously the the drain down valve was stripped. And it caused a big leak. The only problem with me is that it's not just a $200 fix because I can't live with the moldy walls and the floors. And you guys don't have anybody lined up with your company that can come out and fix the floors and the walls so that I don't have the mold. That's the only reason why I give you a low star rating.

I had Hoffman Plumbing out to rerun my water heaters over flow valve, and to install a new washer box in my laundry closet. Steve L was sent as my technician. He did a fantastic job and he got every concern I had addressed. Five stars for him!
