I met with multiple vendors along with Titan at the Rochester Home Show and was immediately impressed with Gerry, who quoted to replace our 50 gallon water heater tank with a tankless water heater. I'm a fussy person who appreciates perfection and attention to detail. Gerry gave a very detailed description of the process and went above and beyond, even offering to change the "snorkel" PVC pipes from our high efficiency furnace with a cleaner looking bay vent. The install crew followed up with the same attention to detail that Gerry provided and was amazing at communicating. The entire path from outside to the install location, was setup with carpet runners and drop clothes to prevent any damage to our property. The install was very "clean" looking as seen in the attached photos. After some initial issues getting consistent hot water, Titan worked with the manufacturing rep to replace the entire unit. It was nice to have Titan on my side working for me with the vendor. Many contractors would have walked away and told me that I had to deal with the manufacturer to address issues. But Titan was there being an advocate for me and making sure that I (and most importantly, my wife) was happy! We now have very consistent hot water temps at all faucets quicker than we had with our original water heater tank. We are VERY happy with our decision to go with Titan. After 32 years, my old A/C had died, and of course on a crazy hot day for Rochester. Titan dispatched a repairman the same day, who quickly diagnosed the problem. Alas, repairs were impossible. Gerry came 2 days later, assessed our needs clearly, and gave us good advice. Dan & Steve came 2 weeks later to install the new unit. They worked together well, with good humor, and respect for our property. They worked as quickly as they could consistent with doing excellent work, and quickly consulted with their colleagues to ensure correct connections into our slightly unusual system. We're very pleased to work with Titan.

Air conditioner stopped during the night. The next morning I called Titan and was immediately informed that a technician would arrive at my home within 4 hours; which he did! The tech was very professional, kept me informed of his repair progress and completely fixed the air conditioner within an hour. The cost was very reasonable. Sure am glad I had a long term business relationship with Titan.

Sam was great. Very knowledgeable and thorough. He made some suggestions and recommendations, but was far from pushy or demanding. The cost was very reasonable for the 2 hours he was hear.
