I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to schedule an electrician to come to my house. I had several light fixtures and a ceiling fan that I wanted to replace. The electrician, Ryan, did a great job. He thoroughly check out a light fixture I was concerned about and explained what he found. He got all the new fixtures installed quickly and cleaned everything up. He also gave me some good options to consider for some additional lighting I am planning. I will definitely be calling Team Kline again!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received starting with my call to Kline for assistance. Phillip was the technician that came to my home. He arrived on time and was very pleasant to communicate with. He was able to troubleshoot and locate the issue quickly which provided me with the direction I needed to further remedy the matter (I had a failing appliance). He also made a much appreciated adjustment with my electrical system. Phillip was professional and he clearly knew what he was doing. As a customer he made me very comfortable with his presence and his skill set. It’s this high level of customer service that tells me that Kline has a solid business model. I should also mention that I thought that the service cost was appropriate, actually less than I expected. I can’ not express my appreciation enough. Thank you Kline and Phil!

Team Kline scheduled an electrician to come out very quickly after my initial call. Ryan was our electrician and he very quickly understood what the problem was (a new way that my replacement GFCI socket is now being made). He fixed it quickly and was very professional and courteous. I will absolutely call Team Kline again when I have more electrical needs.
