AC stopped working in 90 degree weather. Taylor was able to fit me in same day due a cancellation. The service tech Les was great. He walked me through the process and options, quickly located the issue, repaired the unit and offered me some tips on how to use/maintain the system going forward. I appreciate the great service.

Thanks John and Josh for the great service you gave us today! We expected that you'd do our annual A/C maintenance but you did so much more. You gave us peace of mind that the work was done right. Also, the price of the heating/plumbing/air conditioning contract is affordable and having your expertise with it is just over-the-top. Thanks!

I have had Allen, Erkar, and Colin here for 2 separate installs in the last 5 weeks. They are very professional, polite, and they know their jobs!!!! They go above and beyond to satisfy this customer!!! Doing little extra tasks to make the customer happy. I am so glad I hired them! I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again if needed!!! Thank you so much guys!!!!!

I originally reached out to this company in April to try and get a Fresh Air Damper installed. I spoke w/ an office admin and had my info sent to the sales rep (Joe Maggio) who called me the next day. I informed him that I was renting and that he would have contact the Property Manager to get approval for entering the apartment. From then on out, I had to push him to make any type of progress on the installation. 5/5 - He told me he had gotten approval to enter the apartment after I messaged him and said someone from the office would call me the next morning. 5/9 - I reached out to let him know I still hadn't heard anything. 5/13 - Joe comes to the apartment to evaluate job and tells me he would e-mail a quote later that day. 5/15 - I message him asking about the quote since I still hadn't received it. 5/27 - He finally sends over quote. 6/9 - I tell him I'd like to move fwd, he says he would call later but never does. 6/10 - I ask him how far out does he think it would be completed, which prompts him to call me. He mentions that he needs to contact the property manager again to ask about uniformity on the outside of the apartment. After asking several times on an update he finally responds back on 6/26 saying that he is ready to move fwd w the install and says he would send over a contract the next day. 6/28 - I ask if he had sent the contract over already (which I knew he hadn't) 7/3 - Still waiting... 7/5 - Once I post the google review, I get a message from Joe apologizing, he sends over estimate which I accept on Monday. 7/7 - The office calls and schedules an install for Thursday (7/10). 7/8 - Joe calls and asks me to take the review down. I say I'll think about it once the job is complete. After I say that, he says he's going to refer me back to the office and that the install is at a stand still. 7/9 - I speak to the sales manager, Zach - to clarify what this actually means. He says that he will give the property manager the scope of work like they want in order to move forward. I ask for him to CC me when he e-mails them to property manager. 7/13 - Still have heard nothing.

A year ago my heating unit died on the Coldest night in March of 2024. I called Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning in the morning. They offered to bring out portable heaters to keep me warm, as they were going to install an entire new unit. a day later. I had them replace everything, Heater, Humidifier, and Air Conditioning. I have been so Satisfied with the new System & Heat Pump. Today RYAN came out to clean the system and check ALL THE CONNECTIONS. He called first around 8:00 am to say he was on his way and would be here in about 25 minutes. Right on time. Ryan was very pleasant, efficient and explained what he was going to do. Ryan was here about 1 1/2 hours, and before leaving he explained Taylor’s Maintenance Plan, which I did sign up for immediately. He was very personable and pleasant. Even made an effort to become friends with my barking Shitzu Cooper. Thank you Ryan, great job!
