Dave was able to come by the same day I called to fix a backed up drain line. He's a polite and friendly guy, careful with his work, and answered all my questions. He was able to finish the job in under an hour. I definitely recommend his services.

I needed an “official inspection” done on my plumbing system for my insurance company.I called and gave him the rundown on what I needed. Right off the bat he seemed like he didn’t even want the job. Gave multiple reasons why he couldn’t do a simple inspection to verify that everything on the house side was good to go. He did make sure I knew the payment would have to be upfront but never did mention the actual dollar amount he was expecting throughout the entire conversation. Very rude and interruptive on the phone as I was describing my issue and as I said before, told me multiple reasons as to how someone else should be doing the work. Based on my experience, there are plenty of other companies willing to take care of a customer at 2/3 of the cost to boot! There is more to a job than collecting money. Come to find out after a few other phone calls, this company is awfully high priced. Do your research, find a company that cares about their customer rather than how fat of a check they can milk you for. If you have great customer service, the money comes naturally.

Always our first call when we need service. Older home and neighborhood require drain cleaning about once a year and Super Rooter is very efficient and reasonable. Even takes the time to explain and answer questions.

Guy showed up same day we called witch idk if that’s typical but that was nice. But when he got there he was aggressive with handling everything. We have had this same drain done in the past it causes us a lot of problems. The charge was 210$ for the job witch is there standard but idk if it’s everyone’s standard we have paid 120$ in the past. Anyways the person seemed super grumpy and when getting to our pipe he ripped out our bottom shelf In The closet where the pipe was located (witch was never in the way of anyone els).I don’t know how it ended up in 3 pieces probably cause old wood but he aggressively ripped it out and threw it across the bathroom at the toilet so there was 3 pieces of shelf with nails sticking out of the side littered across bathroom floor and toilet area. After he left he dident say anything left the wood shelf broken into pieces scattered across the floor one peice was between the wall and the toilet so they where obviously thrown and we Hurd banging. And then To top it all off after spending 210$ they must not have checked if it worked because i went to take a shower and with in 1 minute of the water running the drain had no movement at all and the problem wasent fixed.so yeah high price imo could be subjective bad manner was scary to approach left the place a mess and dident fix the problem.

Dave drove to Center, ND to help my parents (who are very elderly) on this very cold day. Roto Rooter had been there once, charged a lot of money and did not solve the problem. As a matter of fact it got worse. Dave came and got the problem solved. My parents said he was very thorough, polite, patient and did a fantastic job. Thank you Dave for your kindness and the great job done!
