Steve is incredibly reliable and very knowledgeable. I had 3 plumbers out before I found Steve and none of them could find the source of our leak. Steve was able to trouble shoot our problem and identify the issue almost immediately. His work is impeccable and he’s just a kind and patient person to have help you out when it’s raining in your kitchen from the upstairs bathroom!

Awesome service! We had a fully clogged kitchen sink with a blockage beyond the trap that I couldn’t get to. Steve showed up within a couple hours of my call, knew exactly what to do and fixed it in minutes. Thanks Steve!

Called Steve after hours when I had a water main valve issue in basement and had no water coming in (broken valve in closed position). Being after hours, I was pleasantly suprised he answered, as many contractors do not, and he professionally told me what my next steps should be (calling the water company to turn off the main from the street) and that he would come by the next day once it was turned off. Telling me that little nugget saved me a whole day without water. When informed of the water main being off, he gave a time frame of his arrival and did the repair and waited for the water company to return to QC his work. He was professional, timely, very fair priced and I would recommend him for any plumbing or heating needs you have. He even pointed out a few "housekeeping" items I should do on thinks he noticed. After reading all the wonderful reviews I contacted Steve to fix a leak in my kitchen faucet. Unfortunately my experience wasn't as good as the reviews that I've read. He seemed to be annoyed right off the start and told me he was fighting off a cold and that's okay. However he seemed to get annoyed whenever I asked him a question and when he was done with the job and went to leave I noticed that the faucet was still leaking. Luckily I was able to get him before he got too far away he came back and just seemed frustrated that he couldn't get it fixed the first time. I'm also now experiencing are in the kitchen faucet line which was not there before and I don't have that problem on any other faucet in my house but due to the nastiness of his attitude I will not be calling him back to rectify this problem whether you're fighting off a cold or whatever is going on in your life, it's never a reason to take it out on your customer. I wish my review would have been a better one but I call it like I see it.
