⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Service — ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Price On August 8, 2025, I called MyGuy Plumbing late on a Friday afternoon about an improperly seated toilet leaking from the sides. I was pleasantly surprised when they responded within 2 hours of my call. At first, I was hesitant about speaking to an AI phone system, but it actually understood me very well. My only concern was that it didn’t tell me how long I’d wait for a call back. Fortunately, Jill called me within 20 minutes, reassured me they could help, and scheduled someone for that same afternoon. About an hour later, Charles Long and Sam arrived. They showed up in a clean, professional company vehicle, well-dressed, polite, and respectful. From the moment they walked in, I felt confident in their abilities. They diagnosed the problem as a clog, confirmed the main pipe to the road was clear, removed the toilet, cleared the clog, and reseated it with a new wax ring. They also identified a few issues to address in the future, but nothing urgent for that day. What impressed me most was their professionalism — explaining every step, wearing booties, using clean-up bags, and leaving my bathroom cleaner than they found it. I genuinely felt like family by the time they left. The only drawback was the price — just over $500 for the work. They were upfront about it before starting, so there were no surprises, but I do feel it was a bit high for a non-afterhours Friday job. That’s something for the company’s pricing department to review. Would I recommend MyGuy Plumbing? ✅ Yes — but I’d shop around for price first. Would I use them again? ✅ Yes — and I’d hope for Charles and Sam every time. Great job, guys. You turned a stressful Friday into a smooth, positive experience.

My experience with MyGuy Plumbing was GREAT! The tech, Charlie, and his apprentice, Carlos, were friendly, punctual, and forthright with their assessment of my situation! In addition, they worked quickly to solve my problems (yes, there were several issues that needed attention)! Lastly, my initial and subsequent phone calls with Erika were also wonderful!!! I would do business with them again, and I would recommend them as well!!!

Great company, from the woman on the phone to help get us scheduled to the crew that showed up of Shane and Danny. Both guys were very friendly, personable and professional. Shane explained all the options and completed the job we chose, to replace the cartridges in our faucet that were leaking and I couldn’t get out to replace and cleaned up afterwards. Very pleased.

Shane and Danny did an awesome job fixing our ancient sink drains. My Guy alleviated our headache and did it for a fair price!! We will definitely use them again.

Very happy with My Guy Plumbing. Everyone from Jill who set up a quick appointment, to Charlie and Danny who came out to diagnose and fix my issue were friendly and helpful. Charlie and Danny diagnosed the issue immediately, fixed it quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They explained everything they needed to do before doing it and were up front about the cost. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.
