Stay True Plumbing LLC

We have used and trusted Stay True Plumbing for over 20 years. We are seniors on a fixed budget. We asked them to replace our powder room toilet with a better quality toilet (Kohler). They quoted $650 to replace and install. What we got was the lowest grade Kohler toilet on sale for $200 retail, it cost less for them. It would have taken less than 20 minutes to replace. But Randy kept going back and forth outside (to do what, I have know idea) making it seem longer to install probably to justify $450 installation cost. We are very disappointed in them and will not recommend or use again.

I called the office very friendly staff, Shirley was about to get me on the schedule immediately! As a first time homeowner with my very first issue I was very stressed, but she was able to ease my mind. I had to pay a $50 non refundable fee but if you use their service it applies to it. I always love to support small business owners first, I will be calling them anytime I have an issue that requires plumbing. Randy was very kind, professional & very knowledgeable. They also came as promised at the time slot which was also another plus!

Just had Stay True Plumbing LLC and Randy Albensi out to help with an issue with our shower nozzle. He was helpful as always and done fixing the issue within minutes. If you have any plumbing issues these are the guys to call super responsive and always delivering great customer service.

Even before I finished my initial phone conversation with Stay True Plumbing, I was impressed with the business. I asked for an estimate on a Friday and by 08:30 the following Monday, Randy and Jaheim were at the house. I had the complete estimate less than an hour later and set the service appointment for Thursday. Sadly, I had to call back to reschedule when I learned that I wouldn't be able to source the components I wanted installed as quickly as I thought. Stay True never skipped a beat, though, and when I called back to relay the news, the appointment was set for the next Monday. As before, Randy and Jaheim arrived on time and completely prepared to install an ejector pump and finish roughing-in a basement bathroom. They worked diligently until just after 17:00, having stayed a bit late to ensure the pump was working properly. The men displayed a superb attention to detail and finished the job capably, exactly on budget, and with unparalleled professionalism, and a friendly, can-do attitude. Should the need arise again, I wouldn't hesitate to call Stay True Plumbing again, nor would I hesitate to recommend this business to anyone needing plumbing assistance.

Shawn and Brian came to my house to fix a leak. They were so nice and so professional. I had stuff in the way that they had to move to do the job and they never complained. They explained everything to me beforehand. It was an extensive job. They had to go through drywall but they were careful to take out least as possible. They also cleaned up so well afterwards. It's my 3rd time using this company and I don't trust any other company for my plumbing needs. I'm very pleased with the service.
