Shedhorn was recommended to me by someone in the trades whom I trust. He was not wrong. Very responsive, found a way to squeeze in my water heater replacement. Professional work, fair prices, friendly folks. Highly recommended.

Steve the owner and Kyle, the plumber he sent are honest, great at communicating and take great pride in their work. I had another plumber come out 28 December and tell me what I needed done. After multiple texts, I gave up on him after nearly 6 months. After reading the reviews on Shedhorn, I called Steve and 3 other plumbers. Steve called back first thing Monday morning and had Kyle come out one day later. Kyle gave me regular updates and had the issues fixed same day. I never heard from the other 3. You can't go wrong with Shedhorn

This is a customer service review, even though I haven't done business with Shedhorn. I cold called Steve with a plumbing issue. Solution oriented, he talked me through the problem and ended up suggesting a competitor that he believed would be better suited to resolve it. Steve is an awesome example of a professional who's more concerned about how to solve someone's problem as quickly as possible than about making a few more bucks - not something one comes across often in today's society. Shedhorn will have my business in the future because they demonstrated that they have my best interests at heart.

Steve did great job trying to accommodate our water heater replacement, in a crawl space. He was mindful of cost and mentioned if I can provide help to get the old one out and the new one down, he wouldn't have to send a second plumber. He sent Luke who had it replaced in no time, he didn't mess around, we helped him with the labor and just like that plenty of hot water now. Highly recommended.

I called Shedhorn because they were close to our home and had 5 star rating. I see why. He quickly told me he was backed up and couldn't get to me today, but gave me names of four other "good" plumbers who were reasonably priced. Much appreciated! If I had a big project I would certainly get a bid from these guys. Since today is more urgent I will call one he suggested.
