Brandon and Jake did a phenomenal job reinstalling our tankless water heater and a water filter for our home. They came on time and had very positive attitude and were very professional. It was a pleasure having them around all day , and the work they did turned out amazing, compared to our previous installation by another contractor, that didn’t work and was not up to code either. We love how our setup looks and works, and are thankful for Service Pro for being pros. Worth every penny, went above and beyond with clear labels and instructions.

Our hot water went out unexpectedly and we were very lucky to receive prompt service and a quick fix, at a very reasonable price. Brandon and Bryan were extremely helpful in consulting, explaining everything they were doing and were able replace our hot water heater (which was extremely outdated) the same day they came out. We found a surprise leak literally half an hour before we were due to leave to visit family. Service Pro got Jake out within an hour and he did a fantastic job! He diagnosed and fixed our issue quickly, and even gave us some great tips for purchasing hardware for another sink. Jake was a lifesaver, and we were able to get on the road with confidence!
