Alvin replaced a toilet for us and will definitely be our go-to for future plumbing needs. He's friendly, great at explaining things and laying out your options, and fairly priced.

Alvin from Serieux Plumbing has come to my house twice in the last year and both times he has been nothing but professional and very friendly. What I like about Alvin is that he will take his time to explain the work and all the options you may have. He never tried to sell me anything unnecessary and his rates are fair. We bought our new house and heard a noise that sounded like it came from the water heater. Our big-name HVAC/plumbing/etc company suggested that the expansion tank had failed and recommended replacing it. We knew the heater had just been installed earlier that year by the previous owner, so we were suspicious. We found a label for Serieux Plumbing on the water heater and called them. Alvin came out to take a look, and he ended up walking us through not only the water heater (confirming the pressure tank was fine), but took us on a tour of the house explaining every job they'd performed there for the prior owners. He taught us about water heater maintenance, how our landscaping was plumbed, and a bunch of other things we didn't know. He didn't even charge for this visit, since he didn't perform any repairs. Alvin is a fantastic guy and we'll always call him whenever we need a plumber. He's honest, trustworthy and willing to explain what he's doing and give you options.

For all projects whether a full bathroom remodel to a small sink issue we always call on Alvin and Stephanie at Serieux Plumbing. They have always been professional and kind, ALWAYS on time and very transparent on costs. If something is broken, Alvin takes the time to not only explain to you the issue and then gives you his recommendation to fix along with costs and options depending on the problem. Same with a new project, like a recent bathroom remodel, takes the time to walk you through his recommendations and any options that could be available. We always go with his recommendation and are always pleased with the results and the cost. Plumbing is expensive and Alvin knows that and really works with you as a customer on how best to accomplish what your need is. Alvin is the best plumber; he shows up on time, does great work, and charges reasonable prices. His wife does the scheduling, and she is organized and excellent. I recommend their business to anyone who needs a plumber.
