Fantastic experience start to finish! Super polite on the phone, sent representative (Cade) out same day to look at my problem. Cade was friendly, personable, professional and knowledgeable! He got me an estimate and did the work the following week just as the estimate said. No surprises, no headaches. They worked hard and got it done right! St. Pete Plumbing came to the rescue! They fixed my water heater on the same day. They were super friendly, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They explained everything clearly their change out process with the water heater. They also mentioned that certain things need to be done according to codes, which shows that they know what they’re doing. I’d definitely use them again!

Logan was beyond wonderful!! I called him on a Sunday afternoon for my parents. They had an issue with their master bath toilet. He was there within 35 minutes. I met him there and he was so polite, knowledgeable and respectful! He had them up and running in minutes. An extra plus is he was so good with my elderly parents!!! I cannot recommend them enough. Seriously great to work with. Patrick came to the house after another reputable plumber had just been there. He was there for a long time as the clog was very stubborn. He was nice, professional, and explained our situation thoroughly. The other company we previously called, showed up to sell us other services.
