****Update***** Ac still not fixed. They have been out 7 times now and flooded my garage. Good times!!! Well, I was hoping that after Bay Area Heating and Cooling was bought out by this company I would start to experience some Integrity and Solutions. Unfortunately, I am even more dissastified and can honestly say I wish it was still owned by Bay Area Heating and Cooling. And that is saying A LOT, because Bay Area was the worst. At least they were until Integrity came along. What a joke. I bought a unit from Bay Area 7 years ago that was nothing but problems. I was given a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Integrity took over the company and assured me they would honor the warranty provided by Bay Area. It's been over a week and I am still without AC. No one at this company knows what's going on. No updates, no clue, and no integrity. You can kiss any solutions goodbye. Anytime I call they tell me the parts have to be ordered from the manufacturer but can't even tell me if they have actually been ordered, when they expect them to be ordered, or if they ever will be ordered. What a complete joke?!?! At least when it was Bay Area they would come out and fix this piece of junk AC system. Go somewhere else. I recommend putting ice in a bucket and making your own swamp cooler before you ever consider using this company!

AUDLEY was very professional. He came out for warranty work on a OUTDOOR GFI. The outlet failed to trip while he was here. He did not just leave. He disconnected the outlet to make sure all connections were secure. He also advised me on how to secure open outlets that were connected to my outdoor lighting. Advised to not allow water to enter at any point that would cause the outlet to trip. Thanks so much integrity they were out within 24 hours to access their work!

Great job! On time, and communicated beforehand so I knew exactly time frame! Then very professional and kind, he really wanted to help, not just make a buck. Treated my home and family with respect. When it came to deciding on the work to be done, they really go through the invoice to make you understand the different options. You can see the plan that works for you, and they will not push you towards anything you are uncomfortable with. Sam N was the tech that provided my service today and I appreciate him helping me so I can have 2 working bathrooms again! I would call integrity home solution again for any need I have!

I had an issue where my kitchen faucet would not shut off no matter what I tried. I am not handy and understood I had to call a plumber and after research I found Integrity. When I called to inquire, immediately was meet with great customer service talking with Sierra who was professional but also friendly on the call. She was patient and great to talk to with my issue. I was able to get an appointment same day and was given a reasonable window that worked with my unique schedule. Before the technician showed up I received a text letting me know on their way along with a photo then received a call giving me their ETA. Once Dalton and David arrived they were prompt, friendly, professional and informative. They were also patient with all my questions as I am a brand new homeowner and had a lot of questions to this issue as well potential issues. They were gracious and able to offer advice on my other questions. They also treated my home with respect and kept me informed during the entire process. Also, the price, it was beyond incredible and reasonable. The price was upfront and clear, and honestly, I feel like I underpaid for the services I received. They explained my issue was a clogged filter and explained how I could take care of it if ever happened again. After I joked that no, I would rather hire professionals handle it they were gracious and still explained how I could fix it. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY, recommend Integrity for your needs. While I don’t want to have an issue in the future that would need their services, there is absolutely no doubt they are the ONLY company I will ever use in the future.

I had an exceptional experience with the AC repair service! Brian Pazanski, the technician, was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. Within minutes of arrival, he diagnosed the issue with our unit that had stopped working the night before. We're extremely grateful for the prompt and professional service we received. Brian also took the time to explain the benefits of the membership program, which I signed up for on the spot. Thanks to Brian and the team for getting our AC up and running again! 5 stars.
