I called to get an estimate, and all I get for an answer is “they’re not taking new customers”. How can anyone run a plumbing business, and not take new customers. I’ll make sure I tell other people to look elsewhere as well.

Rudi and his team replaced a broken food disposal in my sink. They are quick to reply, polite, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. It was an easy process. I’d recommend them for any plumbing needs

Rudi the Plumber just replaced the shower fixture/handle in my bathroom. The work was done quickly and for exactly the price of the estimate. In addition, the appointment happened sooner than I was expecting which was very welcome since the old handle was leaking fairly badly. Both Norm and Dave were very helpful and the work is all done. I've worked with this company before and find them to be reliable and professional.

Rudi the plumber replaced my water heater a couple years ago and were very responsive, professional and left the place just as clean as they arrived. They’ve also been back a couple times to fix a failed water pipe, replaced some water line valves and install a garbage disposal. All done quickly and all plumbers that have come to the house were professional in their manor.

We had been trying for weeks to have a plumbing issue fixed in our bathroom, and hadn't had any luck finding someone. We called 'Rudi the Plumber' and they were able to fit us in the same week, even though they had a packed schedule. Norm & his team are extremely responsive, reliable and professional. The problem was fixed within an hour & a half. Would highly recommend and we'll definitely be calling them in the future!
