On a 12 yr old house, needed RPI to resolve a corrosion situation with the fire-sprinkler system they had installed combined with the fire-alarm sensor which detects water flow resulting from a fire in a house. The tech was very thorough, meticulous in his work diagnosing the cause, answering questions about the proposed work, and then getting the system back to fully functioning. Tech was also very concientous. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do I will give them a call!

Austin was the gentleman that showed up and fixed our hot water heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Easy to talk to and explained exactly what he thought the issue was and how the process worked. Austin let me know I’m welcome to call him or text him if we have any further problems in the future with our tankless hot water heater. I highly recommend this company for many reasons. They drove all the way out to Stevenson Washington from Vancouver WA to service our hot water heater.

Austin did an amazing job installing our hot water heater! He came over within 2 hours of reaching out and we had a new water heater by the end of day. He took extra care not to scratch our hardwood floors and cleaned up neatly afterward. Thanks for being a true professional :)
