Ben and his staff have been amazing and super responsive. Ben makes sure to keep you up to date with timing and everything and my tech, Damine, who has come to my apartment twice has been amazing. Highly recommend working with them!

My AC went out around 2 am on one of the hottest days of the year, my landlord got in touch with Royal heating first thing in the morning, the owner Ben was very flexible about scheduling and very professional on the phone, his technicians John and Damian actually showed up EARLY!! And were able to sort out my problem in about 20-30 mins they were also super friendly and very professional I would def recommend them for any of your HVAC needs

We are so happy we chose Chris and his dad the installation. Even though our project was small and we were on a budget, Royal Heating didn't shy away or make us feel insignificant. Chris saved us $$$ by recommending a soffit for this particular project which worked out great as I was able to implement in ceiling speakers. When we came home after a holiday and the AC wasn't kicking in, Royal Heating had an employee dispatched immediately. We recommend Chris and his dad and the employees of Royal Heating to all.

We had Royal install mini splits throughout our home this summer. They did the job ahead of schedule and were outstanding throughout the entire process.
