Received a new hot water heater through PSEG replacement program. Plumbers from William J Guarini showed up on time and explained everything. I needed an expansion valve due to high water pressure and they installed that as well. They took the time to cover my steps and cleaned up when finished. I am very satisfied with the job.

Fernando and Brian made the process of changing out my hot water heater simple and easy! They explained everything to me ahead of time and got the job done quickly and effectively! Such a great experience and such great guys!

These guys are awesome! Very thorough and reliable, they showed up as promised, and completed the repairs in a timely manner. I definitely recommend Guarini. Kudos to Robert who quickly responds to questions.

I've been working through a really funky problem in my condo in Downtown JC. Have had dozens of plumbers, HVAC, and others into the unit and nobody has ever seen anything like it. Working with Guarini was the first time I felt like the person actually cared about solving my problem vs. taking my money to do nothing. They were amazing - got somebody out to take a look and give me an estimate within 24 hours and even called me the next day with some additional ideas to try. I could tell they weren't just trying to make a buck and were so patient about explaining all their thoughts to me. When I suggested trying wild measures, they were honest about whether they thought it'd be worth it. Would 100% bring them in again!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this company. Four years ago, they installed a water boiler in my home through Home Depot, and the unit is still under warranty. Recently, I experienced an emergency with the boiler on a Sunday and called the service number listed on the unit. A representative answered, but despite the urgency of my situation, all she did was promise to pass my message along for someone to contact me the next day. Monday came and went with absolutely no follow-up from the company. I was left stranded and forced to hire another plumber out of pocket to resolve the issue—despite my boiler still being under warranty. This level of neglect and lack of responsiveness is completely unacceptable, especially from a company of this size. I expected much better support and accountability. I will not be recommending this company to anyone and strongly urge others to be extremely cautious when considering their services.
