I wanted to say WOW Roy’s for the excellent work extremely professional staff and a job well done. I had to have my trap relocated outside and sewer repaired and this company came out and did this all in one day. The people at my home awesome if I could give this company 10 stars I would. I went back and forth with other “big name” companies in the area and had horrible experience and service. No one was able to tell me exactly what the issue was and the repairs they offered at an extremely expensive price and then trying to get someone to get back in touch with me was a nightmare. Not only was Roy’s cheaper but they did more than the other companies were saying their repairs would be. Go with Roy’s I am telling never felt better forking over 6k lol. Thanks guys you have gained a forever customer..

Shawn Miller was excellent and if I could give more than 5 stars I would! Shawn was prompt, professional, highly knowledgeable, and capable! So impressed. He went above and beyond to fix our issue, all the while making this home owner feel confident in his skills and his commitment to us as his customer. Outstanding service at a reasonable price. This is our 3rd interaction with Roy's, and I cannot say enough how highly I recommend them. From the 1st phone call until the end of the job, professional, courteous, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. Its very urgent mater , i have airbnb house that guest left all the mess because they put tons of toilet paper inside toilet. Got clogged and dirty water overflowing the floor. The smell is unbearable. I called Mr Roy's. They came earlier than expected, took care the bussiness in a very fast manner. Everything explained in details. Thomas is the service guy that came to fix. Excellent work ,sir! Thank you

Steve M came out to diagnose our very old AC unit, which wasn't blowing cold air. He arrived quickly and was super helpful and efficient. He took the time to explain my options and reviewed all possible routes with me. He got it working again, though we do want to replace it due to age and efficiency. Nick came out a few days later to go over quotes for a new unit. He was also wonderful - very detailed and honest! We're still exploring options, but we're grateful for their time and wonderful service.

We had an amazing experience with Roy’s! Doug was our plumber and he was absolutely wonderful. professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure we were completely comfortable with the repair before finishing up. It’s rare to find someone so skilled and personable. We’ll definitely be using Roy’s again and asking for Doug by name. Highly recommend!
