I'd like to share my experience with Frank's and their exceptional customer service approach. When I had a plumbing issue at my home, Frank's sent out a drain technician who was absolutely wonderful to work with - professional, courteous, and genuinely committed to helping. While he was still developing his technical expertise with certain specialized equipment, his dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out. Understanding that my family needed a quicker resolution, I decided to bring in another contractor who was able to address the issue the following day. As that contractor explained, mastering the nuances of certain plumbing equipment is a skill that develops over time, which I completely appreciate. What truly impressed me was Frank's response when I reached out to discuss the situation. Mike Russo promptly returned my call, thoroughly reviewed the service notes, and proactively offered a full refund for the visit. His willingness to listen, understand the circumstances, and take immediate action to make things right was outstanding. This experience really highlighted Frank's commitment to customer satisfaction and their integrity as a business. While the initial service didn't resolve my immediate need, their accountability and willingness to make things right speaks volumes about their values. Frank's demonstrated exactly the kind of business ethics and customer-first approach that builds trust and long-term relationships. I'm grateful for how professionally and fairly this situation was handled, and I have great respect for a company that stands behind their company in this way.

Ed called ahead to let me know he was on the way, showed up promptly, and was very impressive with both his knowledge of the work to be done, and his knowledge of plumbing in general. It was helpful that he researched the history of work at the property address, so he was prepared to offer some very helpful suggestions, and alternatives for consideration to the Repair work that needs to be done. Very congenial and very helpful. I would heartily recommend Ed’s expertise and participation, and will certainly reach out to Frank’s Plumbing for future work. The following is a review of the plumbing work that Shane Foster performed at our home on May 14, 2025. Shane installed a backflow preventer and expansion tank in our water supply lines to comply with local ordinances, And installed two bidet seats with additional shut off valves to facilitate their operation. He was punctual, courteous, very knowledgeable, and professional in his work. He left the area clean and well maintained, And gave us some useful advice on using the products that he had installed. I would certainly be glad to work with him again, and can recommend his services. I Also need to update this review to include the excellent sidewalk repair that Dan, Leo, and Edwin performed after the Sewer repairs were completed. They poured a good, thick slab to replace what had been taken out to perform the sewer repair, traveled it out level, gave it a good “broom finish “to minimize slipping, And cut in an expansion joint to help prevent cracking later on. I’ve included a couple photos to illustrate the work performed. I would certainly request this crew again for any future work.

Kyle Whitcomb came to my home to perform a drain cleaning after my sinks began backing up, and it was truly the best home service experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, Kyle was exceptionally thorough in inspecting both my main and branch lines to accurately diagnose and resolve the issue. What impressed me most wasn’t just the excellent service and successful results, but the way Kyle carefully explained each step of the process and the reasoning behind his decisions. His transparency gave me peace of mind and left me feeling informed and confident about my plumbing system. Beyond his expertise, Kyle was kind, courteous, and a genuine pleasure to have in my home. I highly recommend Kyle and the entire Frank’s Plumbing team for any future needs.

I recently had a new sump pump and bubbler system installed in my home by the crew of Frank S., Ryan R., and Ed A. The team was professional, efficient, and thorough throughout the whole process. They explained the installation clearly, answered all my questions and ensured everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. (They even took the time to set aside large rocks for my wife to use in her garden…a nice bonus!) The quality of their work was excellent, and I’m very satisfied with the service provided. Pricing was reasonable with no last minute surprises. Highly recommend!

Had Seth and Jason over to fix an old galvanized pipe leak and let me tell you, they were tremendous! Efficient, polite, neat. Job went extremely smooth. They both went above and beyond. Highly recommend Franks for ANY of your plumbing projects. Great job guys! ✌🏼😎
