Guy that came out was super knowledgeable and ran the snake through several times to make sure the issue was resolved. Gave me info on what he thought the issue was and was great to talk to. Great personality and very professional!

Favio arrived on time. When he arrived he was polite and very knowledgeable. He did what he could and when he determined it was not a clog but probably a broken pipe he called for another technician. Favio explained the problem to me and waited and assisted Patrick when he arrived. Favio cleaned up the area and kept me informed on his progress. I was very happy with his service.

We had some root blockages in our sewer line and Londarrick came in and explained the entire process for me. Once he ran into an issue, the supervisor Adam came in and when they left, I honestly thought I had seen a cape on them both. All of my questions were answered quickly and without uncertainty, and the prices were under the previous quotes we had received. I really appreciate the different suggestions they gave with the information they had.

Repairman showed up within 2 hours of my initial call and gave me a 30-minute courtesy notice. He was friendly, knowledgeable and provided tips for prevention. He also suggested a coupon for the service. I highly recommend!

Needed a 'Commode' replaced for a 'taller' one. I chose Roto Rooter, out of 3 other bids! The service man they sent was very nice, and, knowledgeable. He explained everything he would do. He completed the job in about an hour. Cleaned up afterward, and, charged me exactly what what he said the job would be! As a 'Senior Citizen'..I was very appreciative of that!
