It has been a long long long time since I have had such a professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, communicative experience with a repair gentleman. Jake has was on time, explained EVERY step of the process, explained equipment he would use, and gave an approximate time of repair. He also went beyond and checked other drains in my home. I also want to give a compliment to the scheduler I contacted. She kept me informed of timing and process. It I could give 100 stars I would. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY it was done TODAY - the day I called.

Jake, our technician came in and explained the process for cleaning the kitchen drain. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions that we had to our satisfaction. He proceeded to clean the drain, tested and assembled back to working order. Excellent service.
