Fantastic job! Mark came out and was able to fix our toilet within less than 10 minutes and was able to diagnose exactly what was wrong. He worked fast and efficiently and now our plumbing is working great! Fantastic service and he was extremely kind

Nolan was our technician and did such an amazing job! He was very knowledgeable and explained every part of the process; going above and beyond to help ease our worries when our main sewer line backed up. The pricing was fair and easy to understand, and they were very transparent about it which was appreciated, since our emergency happened on a weekend after hours. They will be my first call for any plumbing issues in the future! (Fingers crossed we won’t ever need them again)

I had a leak on the property, Rick came out and gave me a quick inspection and estimate within a couple hours for no charge. He mentioned I could potentially dig it out myself to save some money before calling him out for a patch, so I gave it a try....5 hours later it was much deeper than I thought, but I appreciated him trying to help me save some cash. I gave em another call and they were out with excavation equipment the next business day and had the pipe uncovered and leak found (about 7ft down) within 1.5 hours. Fixed up and filled back in within a few hours. They did good work and gave me (a new homeowner) lots of information about my plumbing and septic system to fill in my gaps in knowledge. Would recommend roto rooters overall, was a smooth experience.
