Brandon came to my home to confirm a leak and provide repair services. He arrived during the window that was provided to me by office staff and was knowledgeable with the diagnosis and repair procedures. He was professional and friendly and portrayed how a tradesman should present themselves while working with customers. He effected the repairs quickly and explained how the repair was made. Prior to leaving he verified the repairs were complete and no leaks were present at the affected area. This call was for a same-day service and I could not be more pleased with the company and the plumbers they employ. Thank you for a painless and quick fix!

I really appreciated how quickly Raptor Rooter and Plumbing responded to come out and check my water heater. I also appreciated the professionalism and upfront honesty of Brandon. Brandon gave me an honest assessment that my water heater needed to be replaced. I never felt pressured by Brandon to use his services to purchase and replace my water heater. As a matter of fact, I asked about other options, such as purchasing a new cheaper water heater through Home Depot. Brandon didn't try to talk me out of having Home Depot replace my water heater. Dylan was great. He cleaned the roots out of our clay tile sewer line as a preventative measure. They had very affordable rates and a good warranty compared to the other plumbers/rooters in town. Would recommend!
