Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

My toilet had clogged on the 2nd floor in my home, so anxiety definitely started to set in! After plunging my toilet for 10 mins with no luck, and it being 10:30 in the evening. I decided to make the call to Roto-Rooter, because I’ve seen their vans on my street before. The phone representative was VERY kind and understanding and booked me right away. She gave me a 2 hour window and said to wait for a call from the technician. In literally 40 mins my door bell rang! David Ramos from Roto-rooter was here! I was amazed on how fast he arrived, he shared that he was from the area and he immediately had a welcoming aloha spirit!! After assessing the situation he said that he would be able to unclog the toilet and we’d call it a night. Not a very hard job from his perspective. After speaking pricing, which he was very clear and informative, I agreed to proceed with the work. David got to work and started to unclog the toilet. Within 10 mins or less, my toilet was unclogged. He tested my toilet 3 times!! And waited until everything was under control and working properly. I really appreciate David and his honesty, integrity, thoroughness, and him just being a good human being. He treated my home as if it was a family home, he was respectful and professional and can I say efficient!! I’m just so pleased and appreciate of his work and overall customer service and accommodation that he provides! I will definitely be calling again and recommending to anyone I know, that’s in need for an efficient, honest and professional plumber! Thank you again David! Save our life tonight!! Amazing communication, response time, and professionalism. One call to clear drain, clean and disinfect flooded bathroom floors, and repair broken sewer pipe. Anden is a very knowledgeable plumber, the water cleanup team Bucky, Angela, Tavita, Caine, and Denise were so thorough! James came to diagnose the problem with his camera. Great team!
