Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Very disappointed with this company, they came highly recommended but we have not had a good experience sadly. My husband had them out in May for a basement drain that was back flowing. They snaked it 3 times which didn’t solve the issue. Then they used the water jet which cost us over 1000 dollars. It worked and we were pleased. Well less than 2 months later it started back flowing again. We set up an appt with them to see if there was anything they could do. Our apt was for yesterday 3-7pm. They never showed up or called. My husband left work early which was super frustrating. So we tried to set up another apt for tonight. If they don’t show or call today we will never use this company again. I hate leaving bad reviews but I can’t believe such a well respected company would just leave people hanging like that after we paid so much money we didn’t have. Edit: we did not receive any of the calls or text messages yesterday sadly. He did receive a text today however so hopefully our apt goes through today. I appreciate the response from the business and am cautiously hopeful we will receive good service.

We had an excellent experience with Chris from Roto-Rooter. He was prompt, professional, and clearly knowledgeable in diagnosing and resolving our plumbing issue. Chris took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done, which we really appreciated. His work was efficient and thorough, and he left the area clean and in great shape. It’s not always easy to find reliable service, but Chris delivered top-notch customer care from start to finish. Highly recommend!

If I could give more than five stars, I would! Jordan is hands-down the best plumber I’ve ever worked with. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and honest qualities that are hard to find all in one person these days. He diagnosed and fixed a tricky plumbing issue at my house that others had misdiagnosed, and he did it quickly and efficiently. Not only does he do outstanding work, but he’s also respectful of your home and cleans up everything before he leaves. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his craft. I recommend Jordan to everyone I know he’s the real deal!

Chris is by far the best plumber!!! Not to mention he has a great welcoming personality. He is friendly, thorough , professional, knowledgeable and dependable!! He will come up with a plan of action and execute it in a timely manner!!! I was happy to see him coming because I know he was going to do a great job. I was sad to see him because it felt like I was saying goodbye to a friend!
