Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Had a great experience with Roto-Rooter when my kitchen sink backed up with a clog. Setting up the initial appointment was seamless. My technician, Kavonte, was very communicative and patient, especially when dealing with having to park downtown and needing to pivot several times during the fix. He was thorough with any questions I had so I could learn how to prevent this in the future. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up after himself. Kavonte was also very nice to my dog which helped keep him calm during the fix with the loud noises. Truly went above and beyond and I’m so appreciative to him. The only thing I was disappointed with was that Roto-Rooter doesn’t cover cost of parking for technicians when on a job. I think it’s absurd to make technicians pay for their own parking in urban areas where there isn’t free parking available. If you service that area, that’s a cost of doing business and should be taken on at the corporate level to reimburse employees. With that aside, it was an overall great experience and I would recommend them.

Luis did an excellent job rodding the main line in my sewer. He was prompt, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained the issue thoroughly and made sure everything was flowing properly before he left. I really appreciated his hard work Thx!

My sewer backed up in the basement. The Roto-Rooter Technician expertly unclogged the pipe going out to the street sewer. My bathtub drain was draining extremely slow. The technician proficiently unclogged it. He thoroughly explained to me what the problems were and what he had to do to fix them both. The technician was extremely knowledgeable. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend him to do the job.

Kevin did a great job! He was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Our kitchen sink was backed up and he cleared the clog that proved to be about sixty-five feet into the drainage pipe in no time. Kevin left the area clean and tidy and verified that everything was functioning as it should before he left. We would use him again and highly recommend him to others.
