My 11-year-old water heater died on Tuesday. Called up crane plumbing and spoke to Jess on Wednesday. By Thursday afternoon I had a brand new water heater professionally installed and working beautifully. Great work guys!. I will definitely be a repeat customer. 2 weeks later my garbage disposal decides it's going to die. So I called Jess first thing in the morning when they opened up and she had me a new garbage disposal installed by 3:00 that afternoon. I am absolutely impressed with the service. And they have definitely earned a repeat customer.

Called on Monday 11/27 about a significant leak in the kitchen sink drain. They quickly discussed the specs with me and gave me an estimate on the price. Jess worked with me over the phone and was able to get someone out to my house the same day. She was very professional and her communication was top-notch. Scott came out to get the job done for us, and he was awesome! He was prompt, skilled, and professional as well. Upon completion, he even looked at some other plumbing work that I need done in the near future and began setting up plans for that as well. We will definitely be return clients and we will be asking for Scott again. My out the door cost was less than half of what another company had quoted, but the quality of work was still fantastic. That speaks to the integrity of the business that they are being fair and reasonable about pricing rather than shamelessly overcharging like some other businesses do. All said and done, I am very happy with the work they did.

Crane has always treated me right. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. I have had them do multiple services including a reverse osmosis filter and installing a gas valve on my natural gas line for an outdoor grill. Jess is always very communicative and all of their guys are professional, timely, and polite. The prices are competitive too!

Of course it's a Sunday, I have water dripping through floor to basement, panic mode, called crane, he was here in 30 min, can't ask for anything better, fixed the issue, plus another that I had been putting off, great service. Highly recommend

Their crew did an outstanding job! They not only replaced my old water heater with a new tankless model, but they also replaced two very old outside hose bibs and installed new copper lines where necessary, plus they removed my old concrete laundry tub and installed a new tub.
