Called Roto Rooter early needing services pretty quickly. Michael and Sean came out to check the issue out with my washer. I was coming from work, so I was a tad late getting home, but they waited patiently. They were so nice and understanding of my issue. I really appreciated their customer service in what seemed like a very stressful time for me.

1.6k reviews and a 4.6! There is a reason why Roto-Rooter HSV is hands down the superior plumbing company of the valley! Water leak in my bathroom and with in 48 hrs. 6 professional’s with the best equipment available, came onto my family’s home. With respect and courtesy the carefully and cleanly began the process of or repair. Thank you to all of the Royo-Rooter family for everything you do!

We had a shower leak so I called and RotoRooter was able to get us in the same day. The lady that scheduled us was very pleasant and upbeat to talk to. Riley was the master plumber that came out. He did a great job explaining what was wrong and explaining our quote. He also caught another issue under our house and took a picture to show us exactly what he was talking about and did a quote for that as well. We will absolutely use them again and appreciate how quick they got us in and how pleasant they were to deal with.

We had some issues in newly renovated commercial building in Athens. They came in and figured what was going on. We agreed to the price which was definitely fair. Got it taken care of with in a few hours. These guys do it when it comes down to plumbing.. The guys on site were awesome to work with.Thanks for solving our issue quickly and with utmost professionalism.

Roto-Rooter from the moment of contact has been nothing short of amazing. They’re attentive, excellent communicators, and provide quality service that is unmatched. The entire team ( Jared, Carl, Cole, Mr.Eric and Mr.Dustin ) were all perfect in how they assisted me and my family and we are extremely grateful.
